At the AGM on 7 November,
Rupert Purser, AMEA Head of Business Consulting & Risk Advisory Services, Hill International, Inc. stepped down as Chair of ATTA and
Russell Brown, Managing Director, LehmanBrown International Accountants took over. The Board is grateful to Rupert for his contribution as Chair. He will continue to serve as a Director of ATTA and to head the Membership Committee and Judging Panel for the Awards.

Lesli Ligorner, Bob Fonow and
Wenwei Lin stepped down due to work commitments. The Board are very grateful to all of them for their considerable contributions to ATTA. Lesli and Bob are Founder Members of ATTA and were amongst the first group of Directors on the Board. Lesli has worked hard to develop the Shanghai Chapter and has provided much support to the Board on matters legal, constitutional and operational. Bob was ATTA's first Executive Director and has been a key figure in the development of ATTA in Beijing. Wenwei has worked alongside Salman Bokhari in managing the Singapore Chapter. All continue to support ATTA but in less prominent roles. We thank them for the roles they have played in bringing ATTA to where it is today.
As the Board says goodbye to Lesli, Bob and Wenwei, we are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors.
Glenn Darwin was elected a Director at the AGM. Following Glenn's election,
Steve Hardacre, Managing Director, Critical Game Consulting and Game Changing Healthcare Ltd and
Alastair Monteith-Hodge, Managing Director, Burson-Marsteller, volunteered to assist on the Board and they were appointed by the Board at the Board meeting on 11 November to serve until the next AGM when they may stand for election. Click
