The Beijing Chapter in conjunction with AmCham China are pleased to present the second in the "Restructuring, Transformation and Turnarounds" series on 6 June 2013. The topic will be Managing Distressed Assets (and Companies): Tools, Techniques and Policies.

Adam Salzer, Managing Director of PwC Advisory Services Hong Kong and Chairman of ATTA, is an award-winning international turnaround manager and restructuring executive, currently working on business transformations in Japan, Russia and China. He will address the different policies, management tools and techniques available to international executives in distressed business situations.
