ATTA Shanghai Chapter Planning Meeting

After the recent ATTA Annual Conference in Hong Kong, there are now three board members who reside in Shanghai: James Greener, Brigitte Wolff and T. T. Chen. We believe that we have more resources and energy to do more for members as well as recruiting more new members in the Shanghai Chapter.

This meeting is to discuss what are the major focus for Shanghai Chapter for the next 12 months and beyond:

• Do we focus on arranging jointly sponsored roundtables with Chamber of Commerce for various countries and interested Associations such as ACG? If so, how often?
• How much effort should we focus on SME? PE or MNC?
• How often do we want to hold internal meetings? How about smaller group for planning specific events?
• How can we recruit more new members? What incentives can we provide to entice more enrolment?
• Preferred time for future meetings: morning, afternoon or evening?

We are open to additional suggestions.
