At our previous ATTA session, we discussed new trends and challenges in China in restructuring faced by foreign companies. This upcoming session on Sept. 23 will focus more on ideas surrounding how to plan and respond to crises that may emerge during a restructuring, and will include an update and exploration discussion on the ramifications of the Tianjin explosion.
