Anne Louise Hyttel has during the past six years worked as a management consultant within organisational development. With PA Consulting Group, a firm of over 2,500 people operating globally, she worked primarily with strategy implementation and change management on multi-million-euro programmes, as well as training & development, talent management and leadership development.
Her focus in business transformations has primarily been on coaching senior managers in leading and executing change, developing change and execution strategies and plans, and the anchoring of new strategic initiatives among managers and employees, all to ensure maximum benefit realisation and a minimal loss of efficiency and focus. She has also partnered with senior business leaders in linking people initiatives to business goals and the impact on long-term strategies.
Anne Louise has working experience from numerous countries across Europe and the Middle East. She relocated to Shanghai in 2013.
